Golf Courses
The site of Breezy Point Resort’s original golf course is now the home of its newest (Currently Under Construction & Opening Summer 2027).
The 12-Hole “template” course (with a Bonus 13th “Island Green” Hole) was designed by nationally acclaimed golf architect Andy Staples, and provides the golfer the unique opportunity to play a dozen of the world’s greatest holes (from Ireland, Scotland, England and America) with greens built to scale, all in one place.
Ace Valley will play out of a new clubhouse – “The Social Club” which will also feature a bar/restaurant dedicated to former resort General Manager, Dave Gravdahl, called “Happy Dave’s”
